Data we collect
- Account: name, email, credentials.
- Content you submit: text/prompts/files you choose to provide for generation/publishing.
- Technical logs: security/operational logs (e.g., IP, device/browser info).
- Billing: processed by Stripe; we receive limited billing metadata, not full card details.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Perform contract: provide and support the Service.
- Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, service improvement.
- Legal obligations: tax/accounting for invoices.
- Consent: marketing emails (if/when you opt in).
Sharing & processors
- Supabase (hosting, EU West/Ireland).
- Cloudflare (CDN/security, global network).
- Resend (transactional email).
- Stripe (billing).
We do not sell personal data. We do not log prompts/outputs for model training.
International transfers
Where processors transfer data outside the UK/EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs/UK IDTA) are used where required.
Retention
- Account data kept while your account is active.
- If you delete your account, we delete personal data we control, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Stripe retains billing records as required for its legal obligations.

Children
No specific minimum age is set, but the Service is not directed to children. Parents/guardians are responsible for use by minors.
