1. Who we are
Pro Forma Copy (“we”, “us”). Registered in England and Wales (company number: 16905124). Registered office: 4 St Mary's Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle, United Kingdom, NE2 4PS. Contact: contact@pfcopy.co.uk. Support: support@pfcopy.co.uk.
2. What we do
We provide tailored content generation and publishing tools (the “Service”). We aim for high quality outputs, but because they are AI-generated, you may need to review or edit them to ensure they fit your purpose.
3. Accounts & eligibility
No specific minimum age is set, but you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Plans, billing, cancellations
- Monthly subscription; renews each month from signup.
- Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period, then stops.
- No refunds unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
See our Acceptable Use Policy. Key points:
- No illegal activity, IP infringement, harassment, spam, malware, scraping, or attempts to break security.
- Respect rate limits and fair use tied to your subscription.
6. Intellectual property
- You own the content you generate.
- We own the platform, models, and our materials.
- You grant us a licence to host/process your content to operate the Service.
7. AI outputs
We work to produce useful outputs, but AI content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Please review where it matters (e.g., legal, medical, financial, compliance-sensitive use cases) and ensure it meets your requirements. We cannot guarantee originality or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension/termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP breaches, non-payment, or security risks. On termination, access ends; any statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No uptime/SLA commitments. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect or consequential losses. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms or the AUP.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing law
England and Wales law; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
