On the dashboard home page, under "Create New Content", open "Social Media" to launch the "Generate Social Posts" modal. The subtitle confirms "X and LinkedIn now — Facebook coming soon".
Select platforms
Step 2 is "Select Platforms". Tiles are ordered X (Twitter), then LinkedIn, then Facebook. X and LinkedIn are selectable (including together), while Facebook currently shows a "Coming soon" badge. Each extra network beyond the first adds half a credit (rounded up), and the Cost figure in the header updates as your X/LinkedIn selection changes.
Campaign topic (required)
"Campaign Topic" (step 1) is required. A short summary of the hook, offer, or story gives the best starting point across networks. Optional "Hashtags & Mentions" can capture #tags and @handles in one line, and "Additional Instructions" gives you room for extra creative direction.
- Mentioning the audience or segment (for HR leaders, for example) helps variants stay relevant.
- If hashtags are required, adding them in "Hashtags & Mentions" keeps things consistent.
- "Additional Instructions" is useful for legal lines, emoji policy, or tone limits such as no promotional language.
Tone and web research
Tone options are Auto-selected, Professional, Friendly, Punchy, and Playful. Enable Web Research to add +1 credit for trend or news context.
Generate
Select "Generate Posts" to start the run. The modal shows "Generating..." briefly, then closes and a toast points you to My Library while posts finish in the background.
💡 Credits
Social runs start at 1 credit for one platform (X or LinkedIn), plus 0.5 credit for the second when both are on (totals rounded up), plus 1 if web research is on.
