Email-to-Blog turns any address into a publishing trigger. Simply send an email to `anything@generate.pfcopy.co.uk` and our system will read your subject line, follow any extra instructions in the body, and craft a complete blog straight into your dashboard.
Step 1: Email from a Registered Address
The email must come from an address that is already registered on Pro Forma Copy. We match the sender to your account and ensure you have enough credits before starting.
Step 2: Make the Subject Your Topic
The subject line becomes the blog title and primary topic. Keep it focused (up to 200 characters) so the model knows exactly what to write about.
Step 3: Use the Body for Extra Instructions
The email body is your opportunity to add tone, audience, or SEO requests. We accept up to 5,000 characters. Avoid prompt injections and keep instructions clear.
💡 Inputs are sanitised
We strip out control characters and common “ignore the above” triggers before sending prompts to the model, so you get safe, predictable output.
Step 4: Credits & Limits
- Each email-triggered blog costs 3 credits (base + search). Make sure your subscription has enough credits before sending.
- Rate limiting protects everyone: 10 blogs per hour and 50 per day per account.
- If you exceed limits or run out of credits, the system replies with a friendly error email explaining the next steps.
Step 5: Check Your Inbox
Once the blog finishes, we send a branded confirmation email (subject “Your Blog is Ready”) with the full content preview plus a button to open it in your dashboard.
