Email-to-Blog lets you start a post directly from your inbox. Send an email to `anything@generate.pfcopy.co.uk` and the system reads the subject line, applies any extra instructions in the body, and creates a full blog in your dashboard.
Step 1: Email from a Registered Address
Your email needs to come from an address already registered on Pro Forma Copy. We match the sender to your account and confirm credit balance before the run starts.
Step 2: Make the Subject Your Topic
The subject line becomes the blog title and primary topic, so a focused subject usually produces a better first draft.
Step 3: Use the Body for Extra Instructions
The email body is a great place to add tone, audience, or SEO requests. Up to 5,000 characters are supported. Clear, plain instructions tend to work best.

We strip out control characters and common "ignore the above" triggers before sending prompts to the model, so you get safe, predictable output.
Step 4: Credits & Limits
- Each email-triggered blog costs 2 credits (base blog plus standard web research), so it is worth checking your balance first.
- Rate limiting applies: 10 requests per hour and 50 per day per account.
- If you exceed limits or run out of credits, the system replies with an explanatory email.
Step 5: Check Your Inbox
Once the blog finishes, we send a branded confirmation email (subject "Your Blog is Ready") with the full content preview plus a button to open it in your dashboard.
