Brand Profiles (also called Business Profiles) store all the information the AI needs to write content that sounds like you. You can have multiple profiles for different businesses or brands, and switch between them when generating content.
Accessing Brand Profiles
In Settings, the first tab is Brand Profiles. The left column lists "Your Businesses", and selecting one opens its fields on the right. Only the profile with the green "Active" badge is used for generation jobs such as dashboard modals.
Basic Information
The Basic Information section includes your business name (required), industry, website, and a short description. These fields help the AI understand what your business does and maintain consistency across all content.
Strategic Positioning
This section captures your unique value proposition, ideal customers, primary pain points, brand pillars, proof points, compliance constraints, and success metrics. The more detail you provide here, the more specific and credible your content will be. All fields are optional, but filling them out significantly improves content quality.
Brand Voice
Describe how you want your content to sound. Include tone (confident, friendly, authoritative), writing style preferences (short paragraphs, minimal jargon), and any personality traits you want to convey. This directly influences how the AI structures and phrases all generated content.
SEO Keywords
Enter comma-separated keywords that you want the AI to naturally incorporate into content. These are layered on top of any keywords you specify when generating individual pieces, helping maintain SEO consistency across all content.
Target Audience
Describe who your content is aimed at. Include their role, company type, location, and awareness stage. This helps the AI adjust examples, tone, and complexity to match your audience's needs.
Writing Style
Specify structural preferences like heading styles (H2/H3), use of bullet lists, inclusion of examples, and how content should end (CTAs, next steps, etc.). This ensures consistency in how content is formatted and structured.
Brand Rules & Examples
Provide vocabulary rules (words to use or avoid), example writing samples, and competitor names (optional). This helps the AI match your exact tone and avoid generic phrasing. You can paste links to example content or include 3-6 sentences that represent your ideal style.
Saving Changes
Using "Save Changes" updates your profile. Changes apply immediately to new generations. Existing content does not change, but future content uses the updated settings.
Deleting a Profile
The "Delete" button permanently removes a business profile and associated content. Because this action cannot be undone, exporting anything important first is recommended.
💡 Why this matters
Brand Profiles are the foundation of personalised content. The more complete your profile, the less generic your outputs will be. Even optional fields significantly improve relevance, so take time to fill them out thoroughly.
