My Library in the sidebar is your central place for generated assets. You can filter by type and status, search titles, switch between grid and list view, export, or delete.
Viewing Your Content
By default, all your content is displayed in a grid view showing cards for each piece. Each card displays the title, content type, creation date, and status. You can switch to list view using the toggle buttons in the top-right corner for a more compact, table-like display.
Filtering Content
Use the tabs to filter: All, Blogs, Social, Decks (presentations), or Email. Social rows can be narrowed by platform (including X and LinkedIn; older items may list other networks). A separate control filters status (draft, scheduled, published, etc.).
Searching Your Content
The search bar filters by title. Even a partial title narrows results quickly, and search works across all content types and statuses.
Viewing and Editing Content
Open an item via the view/edit action on the card to read or change body copy and metadata. Presentations open in their editor when implemented.
Exporting Content
The Export button (download icon) lets you export in Markdown (.md), HTML (.html), or Plain Text (.txt). Presentations need to be opened in the presentation editor to export. Exports include full content text, so they're handy for reuse or backup.
Deleting Content
The Delete button (trash icon) permanently removes content from your library after a confirmation step. Because deleted items cannot be recovered, many users export anything important first.
Content Status Indicators
- Generating – Content is currently being created by the AI. The card shows a spinner and "Generating" badge.
- Failed – Generation encountered an error. You can delete failed items and try again.
- Draft – Content has been generated but not yet scheduled or published.
- Scheduled – Content has a publish date set and will be posted automatically if integrations are connected.
- Published – Content has been successfully published to connected platforms.
Pagination and Loading
Content loads in pages of 20 items. If more items exist, a "Load more" button appears at the bottom to fetch the next page. The page remembers your view preference (grid or list) and filters between visits.
💡 Performance tip
The library caches the list for speed; it may briefly show previous data before refreshing in the background.
