The My Content page is your central hub for all generated content. Here you can view everything you have created, filter by type or status, search for specific pieces, and export or delete content as needed.
Viewing Your Content
By default, all your content is displayed in a grid view showing cards for each piece. Each card displays the title, content type, creation date, and status. You can switch to list view using the toggle buttons in the top-right corner for a more compact, table-like display.
Filtering Content
Use the tabs at the top to filter by content type: All, Blogs, Social, Decks (presentations), or Email. For social posts, you can further filter by platform (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) using the platform dropdown. The status filter lets you view only Drafts, Scheduled, or Published content.
Searching Your Content
The search bar filters content by title. Type any part of a title to instantly narrow down your results. Search works across all content types and statuses.
Viewing and Editing Content
Click the View/Edit button (document icon) on any content card to open the full editor. Here you can read the complete content, make edits, and see all metadata. For presentations, clicking opens the presentation editor with slide-by-slide editing.
Exporting Content
Click the Export button (download icon) to export content in different formats. Available formats include Markdown (.md), HTML (.html), and Plain Text (.txt). Presentations must be opened in the presentation editor to export. Exports include the full content text and can be used in other tools or saved for backup.
Deleting Content
Click the Delete button (trash icon) to permanently remove content from your library. You will be asked to confirm before deletion. Deleted content cannot be recovered, so make sure you have exported anything important before deleting.
Content Status Indicators
- Generating – Content is currently being created by the AI. The card shows a spinner and "Generating" badge.
- Failed – Generation encountered an error. You can delete failed items and try again.
- Draft – Content has been generated but not yet scheduled or published.
- Scheduled – Content has a publish date set and will be posted automatically if integrations are connected.
- Published – Content has been successfully published to connected platforms.
Pagination and Loading
Content loads in pages of 20 items. If you have more content, a "Load more" button appears at the bottom. Click it to load the next page. The page remembers your view preference (grid or list) and filters between visits.
💡 Performance tip
The My Content page uses caching to load instantly on repeat visits. Content is refreshed in the background, so you may see cached results briefly before the latest data appears.
