The Account page is where subscription, billing, profile, and security settings are managed. You can reach it from the sidebar or your account button.
Subscription & Billing
View your current plan tier, subscription status, credits remaining, and billing period dates. The credits card shows a visual progress bar of how many credits you have used versus allocated for the current period.
Changing Your Plan
"Change Plan" opens pricing, where you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Plan changes take effect immediately, and credit allocation updates accordingly.
How Mid-Cycle Plan Changes Work
If you change your plan mid-billing cycle, your credits are prorated based on how much time has elapsed in your current billing period. This ensures you only pay for what you use.
- Credits from your old plan are calculated for the portion of the billing period you have already used.
- Credits from your new plan are calculated for the remaining portion of the billing period.
- Your total allocated credits = (old plan credits × time elapsed) + (new plan credits × time remaining).
- The system ensures you never have fewer credits allocated than you have already used, so you will not lose access to features.
For example: If you upgrade from Starter (100 credits/month) to Pro (750 credits/month) halfway through a 30-day billing period, you receive 50 credits for the first 15 days (100 × 0.5) plus 375 credits for the remaining 15 days (750 × 0.5), for a total of 425 credits for the current period. Your next billing period will start fresh with the full 750 credits.
💡 Billing adjustments
Stripe handles the billing adjustments automatically. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the upgrade. If you downgrade, you will receive a credit on your next invoice.
Viewing Invoices
"View Invoices" opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can download invoices, update payment methods, and review billing history.
Cancelling Your Subscription
"Cancel Subscription" opens the Stripe billing portal for cancellation. If you cancel, full feature access remains until the current billing period ends, after which the account reverts to free. Reactivation is available before period end.
Profile Management
In the Profile tab, you can update your full name (used in notifications and personalised greetings). Your email address is shown but cannot be changed here—contact support if it needs to be updated. Use "Save Changes" after editing your name.
Signing Out
"Sign Out" in Session Management logs you out on the current device. You'll need to log in again to access the dashboard.
Changing Your Password
In the Security tab, enter your current password, then your new password twice. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will also need to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm the change.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds an extra security layer. Choose "Enable Two-Factor Authentication", scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password), then enter the 6-digit code to complete setup. Once enabled, codes are required for sign-in and sensitive actions like password changes or account deletion.
Disabling 2FA
To disable 2FA, choose "Disable Two-Factor Authentication" and enter a verification code from your authenticator app. This removes the extra security layer, so it's best used only when necessary.
Deleting Your Account
In the Security tab, go to "Delete Account", choose "Delete Account", and type DELETE to confirm. If 2FA is enabled, a verification code is also required. This permanently removes your account, subscription, business profiles, and generated content, and cannot be undone.
💡 Before deleting
Export any important content before deleting your account. Once deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
