The Shopify integration lets Pro Forma Copy publish full blog articles to your store's built-in blog. It uses Shopify's official OAuth so no admin passwords are ever stored.
Step 1: Go to Settings and open Integrations
From your dashboard, open Settings and then Integrations. The Shopify card appears in the integrations grid.
Step 2: Click Connect Shopify
Open Connect Shopify on the Shopify card. A dialog titled Connect Shopify appears.
Step 3: Enter your store subdomain
In Store URL, add only the subdomain (for example, acme for acme.myshopify.com). A grey suffix chip shows .myshopify.com next to the field.
💡 Finding your store subdomain
Log in to your Shopify admin at admin.shopify.com. The address bar will show something like acme.myshopify.com — the part before ".myshopify.com" is your subdomain.
Step 4: Authorize on Shopify
Choose Connect Store in the dialog to continue. You'll then be redirected to Shopify to approve the app install.
Step 5: Confirm the connection
After approval, Shopify redirects you back to Pro Forma Copy. A green "Connected" badge appears on the Shopify card with your store name and domain. The external-link icon on the card opens your Shopify admin directly.
Publishing a blog post
From My Library, open a blog and choose Publish, then Shopify when prompted, so the post lands in your store blog workflow.
