Ideas in the sidebar opens the Idea Generator, where 1 credit turns a single topic into a saved document with multiple structured ideas.
Generating Ideas
Add a topic in the large input (the placeholder shows an example). Persona and tone are tailored automatically, and "Generate Ideas" becomes available once the field is non-empty. Running it consumes 1 credit and creates an entry in Saved idea documents while processing.
Viewing Saved Idea Documents
Below, "Saved idea documents" lists prior packs; cards pulse while generating and open the idea detail page when clicked.
Exploring Ideas in a Document
Opening an idea document shows all generated ideas for that topic. Each idea includes a title, angle (the unique perspective), outline (key points to cover), suggested CTA, target persona, tone, and whether web research is recommended. Review each idea to find the ones that best match your goals.
Generating a Blog from an Idea
On the detail page, each idea includes "Generate Blog". When used, idea metadata (title, angle, outline, persona, tone, needs_search) is passed through so you don't need to retype it. Blog credits follow normal blog pricing (the list page shows a representative ~cost for medium + research).
Credit Costs
- Ideas pack: 1 credit
- Blog from idea: same as dashboard blogs — commonly 2–4 credits with research/length
- Idea documents stay in My Library until you delete them
Deleting Idea Documents
The delete button (trash icon) on an idea document card removes that document permanently. Any blogs generated from those ideas stay intact.
💡 Best practice
Generate ideas for multiple topics at once, then review them over time. You can generate blogs from the best ideas when you are ready, keeping your content pipeline full without spending credits on full blog generation until you need them.
